1.  Is there a delivery fee for tea party picnic baskets?

Nope! Currently, delivery and pick-up are included in the price.  

​

2. Why must children be 4 years old to participate?

​

We start at 4 years old, due the coordination it takes to independently pour from the ceramic teapot into a porcelain teacup. 

​

3. When do I select party Add-ons?

​

Party Add-ons are selected after completing reservations. Reservations are for 6 attendees and requires a deposit. A confirmation email will include a link to select Add-ons. Additional attendees will be added to the final invoice, sent 72 hours prior to event.

4. How is the deposit for a party determined?

​

The deposit amount is equal to the minimum requirement of 6 attendees. 

​

5. If a guest RSVP’d for a birthday party, but can’t attend, can I get a refund? 

​

If you or your guest notifies us within 48 hours of your party, and they are an additional guest (not part of the six minimum), then you will be refunded for that guest.

​

6. What happens if less than five people RSVP and the minimum for a party is six?

​

You have a few options. Your party can continue with less attendees, but the minimum price doesn’t change. You could reschedule for a later date, or your entire party can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to party time.

7. What is the cancellation/refund policy for rental Tea Party Picnic Baskets?

​

Cancel in 72+ hours for a full refund. Any cancellation within 72 hours of the reservation will be given Teacups credit for future use.

​

8. What is the cancellation/refund policy for a PARTY?

​

Cancel in 72+ hours for a full refund. Cancellation within 72 hours can be rescheduled or Teacups credit to use in the future will be given.

9. What is the cancellation/refund policy for "Tea Party in the Park"?

​

Due to the nature of this event, cancellation for this event will be given Teacups credit for future use.

 

​

10. Are parties available outside of Orcutt and Santa Maria?

​

Parties are available within 30 miles of Orcutt, CA with an additional delivery fee. Please email us prior to booking to confirm delivery fee to your area.
